- Our shipping rates are via USPS Media Mail or Priority Mail and are only available within the continental United States. APO / FPO addresses must be shipped to via Priority Mail. For shipments outsite the continental United States, shipments will be made via DHL at $5.00 per item.

- When you visit CrossLinkBooks.com, our website automatically recognizes you through the use of cookies. If you have created an account at CrossLinkBooks.com, the cookie will provide you easy access to your account. We also collect the IP address of each visitor to CrossLinkBooks.com as well as the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email. We keep track of which web pages our visitors access while on our site, and use that information for to improve the content and navigation of the site. All information is collected for internal purposes only and is not shared with other organizations or individuals outside of CrossLink Books.
- Returns & Replacements
- Any defective, incorrect or damaged item may be returned within 30 days of receipt. We will gladly ship a replacement and reimburse you for your return postage.
Any item you are not satisfied with (not as expected, arrived too late, wrong size, etc.), if returned within 30 days of receipt and received in salable condition, will be issued an exchange or refund of merchandise cost only. Imprinted items may NOT be returned for replacement or refund, unless the imprint or item is defective.
Computer software, videos, CDs, cassettes, DVDs or other media may only be returned for refunds if UNOPENED. If opened, they may be returned only for replacement of the same item.

If you are expecting a return shipment, please allow 2-4 weeks for the new package to arrive. - Special Orders. Can you special order something for me? Since CrossLink has strong marketing ties with the world's largest distributor of books (Ingram Books and its Christian book division, Spring Arbor), it is very likely we can find what you need at prices you can't get anywere else. Please let us know how we can help you.
- Sales Tax. CrossLink Books only charges sales tax on orders shipped to addreses in South Dakota.
- Viewing Orders
- You can view your order history at any time by logging into your account on our website. In addition, you will receive email notifications when you place the order and again once the order ships.
- Updating Account Information
- You can log into your account at any time to edit your account information.
